First choice, or second guess?
When it comes to interviewing people to fulfil a particular role - whether it be a company director, a team member for an arctic expedition or a paramedic - chances are you'll be making an educated guess as to whether the person in front of you really does have the best profile for the job. And, if it turns out that you make the wrong choice, it will cost you dearly in terms of time and money spent either trying to train and support that person or finding someone else.
Getting it right, first time
At PDC Inspiration, we recognise that a Curriculum Vitae and an interview won't always give you all the information you need to make an informed decision. We've worked with many organisations over the years (including The Royal Navy, Devon and Cornwall Air Ambulance, North and South Pole selections and various corporate entities) helping to produce accurate profiles of hundreds of candidates for a variety of roles. We work together with organisations to produce a detailed profile of the right person for the role (including an assessment of how that person will fit in with the personalities and skill sets of any existing team members) and then help identify the most appropriate candidate through a process of psychometric testing and interviews.
