Many people work in groups, but to become a team they
will need to put considerable effort into ensuring that differing
personalities are able to relate to, communicate with, and
value the contributions of one another.
Effective teamwork is critical to the success of any venture, whether it be an expedition to the North Pole or reaching your company's sales targets. If your team is dysfunctional (and it only takes one person to upset the balance), your goals will be unattainable - unless you take proactive steps to address the issues.
PDC have been working with teams for almost
two decades. We have helped select air ambulance teams,
military teams, corporate teams and teams that have to work
in the most hostile environments such as Everest and the Poles.
We buy people first
and products second…
In order to develop a team people need to realise that the
key to commitment is involvement. Many teams are made up of
similar personality types, but to create a performing team
we need to focus on a variety of disciplines.
Assess Your Team...
Rate Your team from 1-10, 1 being a low score 10 being excellent
then press 'GO' to see the area's that you can improve and
the area's where you are doing well....
The Wheel gives you a good understanding of where
your teams skills are at the moment, to improve these skills

PDC Teams work to give people an understanding
of how to build a team and then how teams can work together.
We enable people to understand team dynamics and behaviours
through participating in tasks that unlock the process of
human behaviours. Team building/team working can take place
in an indoor environment or an outdoor environment. The tasks
are secondary to the learning and potential that comes out
in the reviewing.
We start off life being dependent. We soon become
independent, but to be interdependent is where life has most
of its value.
Let us work with
your team…
• We give your team the tools to perform to its best
potential.
• We give your team an experience they will always remember.
• We get your people talking in terms of we can, we
will…we’ve done!“
I just want to say a big thank you to
you Jack, for helping me find direction in my life, keep up
all your good work.” Sarah Chugg
